The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing relative to a Notice of Intent filing under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Wetlands Protection Bylaw. The work is located at Trout Brook, east of Clark Road (Map-Block-Parcel 23-B-9). This application was filed by the Town of Shirley Department of Public Works. Said work will involve the dredging of Trout Brook east of Clark Road on land owned by Raymond Farrar. The public hearing will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 22, 2006, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
