The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing relative to the following filing under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Non-Zoning Wetlands Bylaw: Notice of Intent, as requested by Bonney Sheahan. The owner of the property is Bonney Sheahan. The work is located at Townsend Road Lot 4 (Map-Block-Parcel 91-A-1 & 91-B-1). The proposed project is for construction of a four-bedroom dwelling, associated septic system, and corresponding grading. The Public Hearing will be held on March 09, 2005, at 8:15 pm in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
