The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing relative to a Notice of Intent filing under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Non-Zoning Wetlands Bylaw. The work is located at Townsend Road Lot 2 (Map-Block-Parcel 93-A-8.01). This application was filed by Kevin Lafleur, owner of the property. This application is for construction of a single-family dwelling, drilled well, and grading, with work proposed within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland. The public hearing will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 14, 2007, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
