Squannacook Road Realty Trust for Jason Judge and John Bates - Squannacook Road Parcel 14A

The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing relative to a Notice of Intent filing under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Wetlands Protection Bylaw. The work is located on Squannacook Road (Map-Block-Parcel 111-A-3.31). This application was filed by Squannacook Road Realty Trust for Jason Judge and John Bates, owners of the property. The proposed project is for an after-the-fact filing in response to an enforcement order for the crossing of wetlands and associated grading and damage for septic testing access. This application is for work proposed within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland and bank and within the bordering vegetated wetland and bank. The public hearing will be held at 8:15 p.m. on Wednesday, October 13, 2004, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend. The application can be viewed at the Conservation Commission Office at the Town Offices building.
