The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing relative to a Notice of Intent filing under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Wetlands Protection Bylaw. The work is located off Patterson Road at Morse Circle Lot 12 (Map-Block-Parcel 31-A-4.05). This application was filed by John Deloury & George Morey, owners of the property. The proposed project is for general loaming/seeding/grading activity associated with single-family home construction, to occur within previously disturbed areas in the buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetlands. The public hearing will be held at 8:45 p.m. on Wednesday, December 14, 2005, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
