The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing according to the Wetlands Protection Act (MGL Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Non-Zoning Wetlands Bylaw relative to a Request for an Amendment to an Order of Conditions under the Wetlands Protection Act and the Shirley Non-Zoning Wetlands Bylaw. The amendment is relative to DEP File #284-323 for Meadows II off Clark Road (Map-Block-Parcel 32-A-5). The request for amendment involves the installation of an underdrain in a detention basin to alleviate standing water. This application was filed by Susan C. Brackett of David E. Ross Associates, Inc.; the owner of the property is Meadows Realty Trust. The public hearing will be held at 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 22, 2004, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley.
