The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting in order to determine whether the work, described below, is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Wetlands Protection Bylaw. The work is located at 11 Longley Road, Longley Trace (Map-Block-Parcel 80-A-2.9). This application was filed by Longley Trace Condominium Trust/Henry S. Miller; the Trust is also owner of the property. This application is for work proposed within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland and within the 200-foot riverfront area. Said work involves two parts: (A) paving a 10'x28' (total 280 s.f.) blacktop dumpster area at least 48 feet from bordering vegetated wetland and (B) repaving existing road service with 1½" of asphalt blacktop. The public meeting will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 26, 2006, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
