The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing relative to a Notice of Intent filing under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Non-Zoning Wetlands Bylaw. The work is located at Lake View Drive Lot 18 (Map-Block-Parcel 19-A-12.19). This application was filed by Robert M. Hicks, Inc.; the owner of the property is Shirley Realty Trust, Mark O'Donnell, Trustee. This application is for construction of a single-family house with associated access, sewage disposal system, utilities, and grading, with portions of the work within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland. The public hearing will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 28, 2007, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
