The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing relative to a Notice of Intent filing under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Wetlands Protection Bylaw. The work is located at Lot 6 Hazen Hill Estates, Lancaster Road (Map-Block-Parcel 11-A-12). This application was filed by D&S Realty Trust, owner of the property. This application is for construction of a single-family house and associated driveway, which includes work within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland; wetland replication to the northwest corner of the lot for the cul-de-sac crossing of the stream is under Order of Conditions #284-329. The public hearing will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 13, 2006, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
