The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing relative to a Notice of Intent filing under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Wetlands Protection Bylaw. The work is located at Fredonian Street (Map-Block-Parcel 16-D-14). This application was filed by DB Realty Trust, owner of the property. This application is for work proposed within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland and bank and within the 200-foot river protection area and bordering land subject to flooding. The proposed project is for construction of three multi-family dwellings and associated appurtenances. The public hearing will be held at 8:45 p.m. on Wednesday, October 13, 2004, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend. The application can be viewed at the Conservation Commission Office at the Town Offices building.
