Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Wetlands Protection Bylaw. The work is located at Bruce Street Lots 7 & 8 (Map-Block-Parcel 23-B-7 & 23-B-8). This application was filed by John Canney; the owners of the property are Patricia Woods (for 23-B-7) and Middster Realty Trust, Henry C. Frye, Trustee (for 23-B-8). This application is for construction of two single-family houses within 100 feet of Trout Brook, with proposed construction within the bordering land subject to flooding associated with Trout Brook. The public hearing will be held at 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 9, 2007, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
