This application was filed by Prolim Development Corp.; the owner of the property is Kathleen Lamantia. This application is for the proposed construction of a single-family house with associated site grading within the 200-foot riverfront protection area. The public hearing will be held at 9:15 p.m. on Tuesday, November 27, 2007, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
