The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing relative to a Notice of Intent filing under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Non-Zoning Wetlands Bylaw. The work is located at Acme Mobile Home Park, Great Road (Route 2A) (Map-Block-Parcel 64-A-3). This application was filed by LeMAC Realty Trust, owner of the property. This application is for driveway construction, site preparation, drainage system construction, and mobile homes installation within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland. The public hearing will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, October 23, 2007, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
