The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing relative to the following filing under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Non-Zoning Wetlands Bylaw: Notice of Intent, as requested by Fairlane Homes. The owner of the property is Fairlane Homes. The work is located at Great Road, Acme Trailer Park (Map-Block-Parcel 64-A-3). The proposed project is for driveway construction, site preparation, and mobile home installation. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, August 9, 2005, at 8:30 pm in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
