The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing relative to a Notice of Intent filing under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Non-Zoning Wetlands Bylaw. The work is located at 9 Moore Drive (Map-Block-Parcel 102-B-8.05). This application was filed by Robert Hart, owner of the property. This application for clearing and grading within the 200-foot river protection area. The public hearing will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 27, 2008, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
