The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting in order to determine whether the work, described below, is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Wetlands Protection Bylaw. The work is located at 86 Longley Road (Map-Block- Parcel 104-B-2.2). This application was filed by Warren Clarke, owner of the property. This application is for work proposed within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland. Said work involves the upgrade of the sewage disposal system. The public meeting will be held at 8:45 p.m. on Tuesday, September 11, 2007, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley.
