The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing relative the following filing under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Non-Zoning Wetlands Bylaw: Notice of Intent, as requested by Andy & Donna Sauvé. The owners of the property are Andy & Donna Sauvé. The work is located at 84 Leominster Road (Map-Block-Parcel 9-A-1). The proposed project is for a septic system repair to a single-family house, with the system to be located between the 50- and 100-foot buffer zone to the bordering vegetated wetland (BVW) and associated grading located between 25 and 50 feet from the adjacent BVW. The public hearing will be held on June 23, 2005, at 8:00 p.m. in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend. The application can be viewed at the Conservation Commission office at the Town Offices building.
