The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting in order to determine whether the work, described below, is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Non-Zoning Wetlands Bylaw. The work is located at 7 Shaker Road (Map-Block-Parcel 17-E-17). This application was filed by Steven Wentzell, owner of the property. This application is for work outside the Commission's jurisdiction, although land within the 200-foot riverfront area is located on the property. Said work involves relocation of the existing dwelling to a new foundation on the lot and construction of a two-family house on the lot, shared driveway, and recharge trenches, with tree clearing and gravel removal. The public meeting will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 26, 2007, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
