The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting in order to determine whether the work, described below, is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Wetlands Protection Bylaw. The work is located at 7 Brattle Drive (Map-Block- Parcel 112-B-9.03). This application was filed by Michael R. LeBlanc, owner of the property. Said work will involve removal of several trees and grading of a 30'x30' area within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetlands. The public meeting will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 11, 2006, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
