The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting in order to determine whether the site, described below, is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Wetlands Protection Bylaw. The work is located at 78 Center Road (Map-Block-Parcel 33-A-3). This application was filed by Richard D. Rettberg, owner of the property. This application is to determine whether there are any wetland resource areas subject to protection on the property. The applicant would like to demolish an existing house and construct a new house, with driveway and water and sewer lines, on the parcel. The public meeting will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 23, 2005, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
