The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing relative to a Notice of Intent filing under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Wetlands Protection Bylaw. The work is located at 58 Groton Road (Map-Block-Parcel 97-B-16 portion). This application was filed by Rich Silveria, owner of the property. This application is for construction of a six-bedroom duplex with associated parking, well, and sewage disposal system, with portions of the work located within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland. The public hearing will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 12, 2006, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
