The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing relative to the following filing under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Non-Zoning Wetlands Bylaw: Notice of Intent, as requested by Virginia McNiff. The owner of the property is Virginia McNiff. The work is located at 53 Walker Road (Map-Block-Parcel 28-B-8). The proposed project is for installing a sewer line to a single-family dwelling. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 26, 2005, at 8:00 pm in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
