The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing relative to a Notice of Intent filing under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Non-Zoning Wetlands Bylaw. The work is located at 52 Walker Road (Map-Block-Parcel 28-A-1). This application was filed by John Woodruff; the owner of the property is Mary Blaisdell. This application is for the demolition of an existing mobile home and the construction of a house on piers and a shed, which includes work within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland, the 200-foot riverfront area, and the 100-year floodplain. The public hearing will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 24, 2007, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
