The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting in order to determine whether the work, described below, is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Wetlands Protection Bylaw. The work is located at 4 Crabtree Lane Lot 2 (Map 103-A-1.02). This application was filed by Jeff & Susan Barbaro, owners of the property. This application is for work proposed within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland. Said work involves removal of existing fence and installation of new fence on west side of lot. The public meeting will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 13, 2004, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend. The application can be viewed at the Conservation Commission Office at the Town Offices building.
