The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting in order to determine whether the work, described below, is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Non-Zoning Wetlands Bylaw. The work is located at 3 Nonesuch Way (Map-Block-Parcel 7-A-36). This application was filed by David Hughes, owner of the property. The proposed work involves construction of a shed within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland. The public meeting will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 10, 2008, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
