The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing relative to a Notice of Intent filing under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Wetlands Protection Bylaw. The work is located at 3 Main Street (Map-Block-Parcel 16-D-3). This application was filed by Lara Realty, LLC, owner of the property. The proposed project is for removal of a telephone pole and installation of a telephone pole, transformer with concrete protection, and underground connection from pole to house, all within the 200-foot riverfront area and 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland and on existing lawn area. The public hearing will be held at 8:15 p.m. on Wednesday, March 8, 2006, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
