The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing relative to a Notice of Intent filing under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Wetlands Protection Bylaw. The work is located at 3 August Lane (Map-Block-Parcel 32-A-6.15). This application was filed by Beverly Sleeper, owner of the property. This application is for construction of a swimming pool proposed within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland and bank. The public hearing will be held at 9:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 13, 2004, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend. The application can be viewed at the Conservation Commission Office at the Town Offices Building.
