The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing relative to a Notice of Intent filing under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Wetlands Protection Bylaw. The work is located at 37 Center Road (Map-Block-Parcel 22-A-32). This application was filed by Craig Erban; owner of the property is James D. Quinty. This application is for construction of a single-family house with associated access, grading, and sewer connection, with portions of the work within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland. The public hearing will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 11, 2006, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
