The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing relative to the following filing under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Non-Zoning Wetlands Bylaw: Notice of Intent, as requested by Canney Brothers Construction. The owner of the property is John McNiff. The work is located at 35 Little Turnpike Road (Map-Block-Parcel 74-A-4). The proposed project is for construction of a four-bedroom dwelling to be connected to town sewer and appropriate grading. The Public Hearing will be held on April 13, 2005, at 8:15 pm in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
