The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting in order to determine whether the work, described below, is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Wetlands Protection Bylaw. The work is located at 33 Great Road (Map-Block-Parcel 83-A-6.2). This application was filed by Sean Green, owner of the property. This application is for work proposed within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland. Said work involves landscaping. The public meeting will be held at 8:15 p.m. on Tuesday, August 10, 2004, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
