The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting in order to determine whether the work, described below, is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Wetlands Protection Bylaw. The work is located at 318 Great Road (Map-Block-Parcel 76-A-1). This application was filed by Flaherty Builders Inc., owner of the property. This application is for work proposed within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland. Said work involves construction of a barn and paddock. The public meeting will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 8, 2004, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend. The application can be viewed at the Conservation Commission Office at the Town Offices building.
