The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting in order to determine whether the work, described below, is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Non-Zoning Wetlands Bylaw. The work is located at Phoenix Park, 2 Shaker Road (Map-Block-Parcel 15-D-9). This application was filed by Phoenix Park LLC, owner of the property. This application is for work proposed within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland. Said work involves the razing of the generator building, stabilizing slopes, and renovation of the northern portion of Building B. The public meeting will be held at 8:15 p.m. on Tuesday, July 24, 2007, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
