The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting in order to determine whether the work, described below, is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Non-Zoning Wetlands Bylaw. The work is located at Phoenix Park, 2 Shaker Road (Map-Block-Parcel 15-D-9). This application was filed by Phoenix Park LLC, owner of the property. This application is for work proposed within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland. Said work involves repairing and resurfacing the access drive from Shaker Road to the front of Building B and the existing parking area adjacent to Building C. The public meeting will be held at 8:15 p.m. on Tuesday, January 8, 2008, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
