The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing according to the Wetlands Protection Act (MGL Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Wetlands Protection Bylaw relative to a Request for an Amendment to an Order of Conditions under the Wetlands Protection Act and the Shirley Wetlands Protection Bylaw. The amendment is relative to DEP File #284-339 for Phoenix Park, 2 Shaker Road (Map-Block-Parcel 15-D-9). This application was filed by Eric Shapiro; the owner of the property is 18 Phoenix Park, LLC. The request for amendment involves the removal of a small building, approximately 70 s.f. and located west of Building H. The public hearing will be held at 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 26, 2005, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
