The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing relative to a Notice of Intent filing under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Wetlands Protection Bylaw. The work is located at 2 Fredonian Street (Map-Block-Parcel 16-C-1). This application was filed by Steve Catalano, M&MS Realty, owner of the property. This application is for work proposed within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland. The proposed project is for site development for a Dunkin' Donuts, with the associated parking area proposed within the resource buffer zone. The public hearing will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 8, 2004, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
