The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting in order to determine whether the work, described below, is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Non-Zoning Wetlands Bylaw. The work is located at 29 Patterson Road (Map-Block-Parcel 30-B-4). This application was filed by David B. Roy, owner of the property. This application is for work proposed within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland and within the 200-foot riverfront area. Said work involves installation of an above-ground pool, deck, and shed as well as the removal of one tree. The public meeting will be held at 8:45 p.m. on Tuesday, October 9, 2007, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
