The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing relative to a Notice of Intent filing under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Non-Zoning Wetlands Bylaw. The work is located at 289 Great Road (Map-Block-Parcel 77-A-5). This application was filed by William Wessells, owner of the property. This application is for removal of an existing trailer and construction of a 30x45 garage, with work proposed within a previously disturbed portion of the 200-foot river protection area. The public hearing will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22, 2008, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
