The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing relative to a Notice of Intent filing under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Wetlands Protection Bylaw. The work is located 236 Great Road (Map-Block-Parcel 73-A-5.6). This application was filed by Peter Montesanti of BPM Builders, owner of the property. This application is for upgrading a sewage disposal system within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland and bank. The public hearing will be held at 8:45 p.m. on Wednesday, January 11, 2006, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
