The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing relative to the reopening of a public hearing for a Notice of Intent filing under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Wetlands Protection Bylaw. The work is located at 228 Great Road (Map-Block-Parcel 73-A-6). The reopening request was filed by David E. Ross Associates, Inc.; the application was filed by Arthur F. Eddy, D.M.D., owner of the property. This request to reopen the public hearing is to accept a revised drainage plan. The public hearing will be held at 8:15 p.m. on Tuesday, June 22, 2004, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
