The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing relative to a Notice of Intent filing under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Wetlands Protection Bylaw. The work is located at 21 Holden Road (Map-Block-Parcel 54-B-1). This application was filed by Gerald Jubb, owner of the property. This application is for construction of a replacement sewage disposal system with associated grading and installation of a new well, to occur within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland. The public hearing will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 14, 2005, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
