The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting in order to determine whether the work, described below, is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Wetlands Protection Bylaw. The work is located at the Bull Run Restaurant, 215 Great Road (Map-Block-Parcel 79-A-4). This application was filed by Chip Guercio, owner of the property. This application is for work proposed within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland. Said work involves the replacement of the roof of a bridge over Mulpus Brook. The public meeting will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 27, 2005, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend. The application can be viewed at the Conservation Commission office at the Town Offices Building.
