The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting in order to determine whether the work, described below, is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Wetlands Protection Bylaw. The work is located at One Hill Lane (Map-Block-Parcel 32-A-20). This application was filed by Erica Warila, owner of the property. This application is for work proposed within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland. Said work involves constructing a perimeter drain around the front and two sides of the house, installing a fence in the back of the house, and removing five trees on the property. The public meeting will be held at 8:15 p.m. on Thursday, June 23, 2005, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend. The application can be viewed at the Conservation Commission office at the Town Offices building.
