The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting in order to determine whether the work, described below, is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Non-Zoning Wetlands Bylaw. The work is located at 161 Great Road (Map-Block-Parcel 80-A-2.10). This application was filed by Richard H. Smith, owner of the property. This application is for work proposed within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland. Said work involves installation of a boardwalk and removal of invasive species. The public meeting will be held at 8:15 p.m. on Wednesday, April 25, 2007, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
