The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a Public Hearing relative to the following filing under the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Non-Zoning Wetlands Bylaw: Notice of Intent, as requested by Daniel E. Martin & Ruth E. Struck. The owners of the property are Daniel E. Martin & Ruth E. Struck. The work is located at 135 Townsend Road (Map-Block-Parcel 116-A-1.07). The proposed project is for construction of a two-car garage. The Public Hearing will be held on March 30, 2005, at 9:00 pm in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
