The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting in order to determine whether the work, described below, is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Wetlands Protection Bylaw. The work is located at 133 Center Road (Map-Block-Parcel 39-A-1). This application was filed by George W. Owens, owner of the property. This application is for work proposed within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland. Said work involves construction of a 10'x16' shed. The public meeting will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 25, 2005, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
