The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting in order to determine whether the work, described below, is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Wetlands Protection Bylaw. The work is located at 130 Walker Road (Map-Block-Parcel 50-A-10). This application was filed by Mary A. Craft, owner of the property. This application is for work proposed within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland. Said work involves clearing trees, constructing a retaining wall and carport, and expanding the driveway. The public meeting will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 27, 2005, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
