The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting in order to determine whether the work, described below, is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Wetlands Protection Bylaw. The work is located at 123 Benjamin Road (Map-Block-Parcel 52-A-2.2). This application was filed by Michael U. Weston, owner of the property. This application is for work proposed within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetland. Said work involves clearing for a yard. The public meeting will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 13, 2004, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
