The Shirley Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting in order to determine whether the work, described below, is subject to the Wetlands Protection Act (M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40) and the Shirley Non-Zoning Wetlands Bylaw. The work is located at 100 Catacunemaug Road (Map-Block-Parcel 19-A-1). This application was filed by Fred & Claudette Williams, owners of the property. This application is for work proposed within the 100-foot buffer zone of bank. Said work involves clearing, removal of an existing shed, grading, construction of a 24'x24' two-car garage, and paving the garage entrance. The public meeting will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 25, 2007, in the Town Offices at 7 Keady Way in Shirley. All interested parties are urged to attend.
