The Shirley Non-Zoning Wetlands Bylaw filing fee must be included when submitting the Notice of Intent. See the Shirley Conservation Commission Fee Schedule.
A check for the legal advertisement should be included with the Notice of Intent submitted to the Conservation Commission (unless arrangements are made with the Commission to publish in another paper of local distribution). This check should be made out to the Shirley Volunteer for $35.00.
Abutters within 100 feet of the property line and across the street must be notified when the Notice of Intent is submitted. A list of abutters can be obtained from the Shirley Assessor's Office.
You will need to attend the public hearing. Public hearings are typically held the second and fourth Wednesday of the month from October through May or the second and fourth Tuesday of the month from June through September.
